Please read the following information carefully and in its entirety.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE FOLLOWING BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Sick with cold or flu
  • Under 18 years of age
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation
  • Active Cancer
  • Undergoing/Scheduled Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy
  • Skin Conditions (ex. eczema, psoriasis on procedure area, keloids etc.)
  • Epileptic/Seizures
  • Low/High Blood Pressure
  • Heart Diseases
  • Taking blood thinners
  • Skin Medication (ex. Accutane, Steroids, AHA, BHA, Retin-A etc.)
  • Transmittable blood conditions
  • Shingles
  • Autoimmune Disease
  • Lupus
  • Undergone Organ Transplant
  • Hemophiliac
  • Glaucoma
  • Mitral Valve Disorder or Pacemaker
  • Healing Disorder
  • Diabetes
  • Thyroid Diseases
  • Anemia
  • Infections
  • Liver Disease
  • Severe Acne​
  • Allergies to topical anesthetics, make-up, pigments
  • Poor reactions to tattoos
  • Poor general health/immune system

If any apply to you or are unsure about the procedure, please do not proceed in booking an appointment without consulting with your physician first.

If you have any medical conditions and/or taking any medications, please discuss the suitability of permanent make-up with your physician before booking your appointment. A written medical clearance will be REQUIRED for any medical conditions by your treating physician. Please email your medical clearance to ylboldbrows@gmail.com 1 WEEK PRIOR to your appointment or your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee will be forfeited.
